John J. McMahon, Jr.

Mr. McMahon is Chairman of Ligon Industries, LLC, receiving his bachelor's degree from Birmingham Southern College in 1965 and graduating from the UA School of Law in 1968. A trustee of Birmingham Southern College, he holds directorships on various boards, including Protective Life Corporation and ProAssurance Corporation. He is a former director of Alabama National Bancorporation, John H. Harland Company, the Eye Foundation, and the Birmingham Airport Authority. Mr. McMahon is former chairman of the UAB Health System.
