A practicing attorney with the Cullman firm, St. John & St. John, LLC, Mr. St. John is also chairman of the Board of Directors, Southern Community Bankshares and First Federal Savings & Loan and chairman of the Board of Directors and co-founder of Cullman Environmental, Inc.  Mr. St. John earned a degree in history from The University of Alabama in 1978, graduating cum laude.  He was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Kappa and was a member of Jasons.  He is a 1982 graduate of The University of Virginia School of Law.
